Clean, friendly staff & incredible equipment

This is a wonderful place. I'm fairly new to the athletic club scene, but JP and all the folks at RAC have explained things to me in a simple and friendly manner. All the staff members are terrific--they give great positive feedback and they really seem to care about your welfare. I would recommend this club to anyone!

This is my third time joining the RAC. I have consistently used my membership this time. I give all the credit to my personal trainer Candace Brown. She is truly amazing and incredibly patient. I have been impressed at how she has easily adapted workouts to meet my skill level which was pretty low to begin with. I actually look forward to exercise.
