Excellent service, confident knowledgeable staff. I have used this company on several occasions for remote starters and alarms on all of my families cars. Their attention to detail is exceptional and I wouldn't consider allowing anyone else to install accessories in my cars.

AWFUL!!! ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Had a remote starter installed over the summer and this winter I have not been able to use it once. It does not work! Even tried to start my car by standing right next to it and replacing the battery-- still nothing!

Also did some research on this company and found they also have a "bouncy house business" and when I tried calling it just for my own curiosity the number was disconnected. Company is so sketchy, wish I had known this before I bought from them.

I would go somewhere else. These guys are hacks. They tell you everything you want to hear and their prices are decent when compared to the dealer, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". I should have been tipped off when the installer and the owner were arguing in the shop, but I looked past that... After the installation I noticed that part of the panel where they installed the starter was not flush. I went back and the installer said that's the way it is supposed to look! Additionally my car alarm started going off after several months to the point of embarrassment. I had to bring it to the dealer to have it fixed. After the dealer went through and took the sloppy work apart asm went to install the wire they forgot in the first place. The only reason they knew about it to begin with was because the dealer told me and I told them...



The owner is a nice guy and will tell you everything you want to hear, but I would go elsewhere and make sure to read the reviews!

This person has never contacted us about any problems. He or she has a lifetime warranty on his or her remote starter. So before condemning us he or she should have given us a chance to take care of it.
