I'm not bothered by the personality of the technician, but the laser machine sucks!! I had to buy a whole other package somewhere else because I had no result, and after one visit at another place its like night and day. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I had cool sculpting procedure at Advanced Body Sculpting in Fall River. I though the experience was great. I had my lower stomach done. After reading reviews about pain after the procedure I was a little concerned. I did not have the pain that other people had. It felt tender for about 2 weeks when you touched my stomach. I was at the gym and played in a golf tournament the next day. It is true what they say. You can go and do something right after the procedure and there is no down time. I didn't have a lot of fat to get rid of. In 3 weeks I am seeing the results I wanted. I have lost about an inch already. It can take 3 to 4 months to see complete results. I will definitely do this procedure again on other parts of my body. It does work!

I bought a groupon for Advanced Body Sculpting to continue my treatments (I had already had six done elsewhere). I made an appointment over a month in advance and was exciting to finish my treatment. However, because there were not many available appointments, I had to miss class to be seen (I'm a full-time student and this was right before exam week). Now, I didn't realize how important the class was that I was going to be missing, however, I still kept the appointment, which is over an hour drive for me! I walk into the reception room, but was not greeted with a smile. Instead, the receptionist told me that the technician was out sick today and I would have to reschedule. When I asked why I didn't receive any message, I quickly found out that one of their employees had wrote down the wrong number on my file. As aggravated as I was, I rescheduled thinking nothing worse could happen. However, the morning of my appointment, I received a call from Liz, the technician, saying that I was double booked and instead of being seen at 12:30, it would be more like 1:00. Now, this is a HUGE inconvenience to me because I have class at 2:00. As this was my first time actually talking to Liz, I tried to make her aware of the aggravation and inconvenience I have already been through. Instead of apologizing or trying to help me, she started YELLING AT ME! Yes, this apparent professional laser hair removal technician was yelling at me saying, "Well would you have liked me to come in last week and vomit all over you?" This statement left me in utter shock. All I wanted to do was let her know that her staff should be competent enough to keep the correct phone number on file and not double book me. She then went on to blame ME for my problem. And I told her very bluntly that I had nothing against her, all I was trying to tell her is that someone in her office recorded the wrong number in my file and the experience I have had before even my first appointment has been horrible. She then continued yelling into the phone some very inappropriate words, and then said to me, "This doesn't seem to be working out very well, maybe you should find somewhere else." I was astonished.



Again, this has been a horrible experience and a waste of time before I have even had an actually appointment!!! Liz is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, ignorant, and even grotesque. I have never in my life been treated this way by anyone in the profession. I will be getting my money back from my groupon and hopefully can find somewhere else to continue treatment.

I received cool sculpting from Dr. Lowney at Advanced Body Sculpting. Dr. Lowney and his staff were wonderful!! The office is beautiful and very comfortable. I can't say enough how pleased I am with my results from cool sculpting, and the quality of care I received! I highly reccommend Advanced Body Sculting!!
