Century 21

I emailed a C21 Fall River agent with a few questions about a property he had listed. I got no reply. I looked on his website for info about the property and all of the property info was incorrect. Boldly incorrect, the size of the house was double the actual size of the property, the number of bedrooms more than triple the actual number of bedrooms, 3 imes as many bathrooms...when I clicked the MLS #, the link brought me to a 2002 listing. I emailed the agent again as an fyi to tell him that he had incorrect info and again asked for info on the property as I had already gone by and peeked in the windows. I wanted the info before I talked to my fiance or his mother who happens to be a realtor. It was at her suggestion that I get the info before wasting my time. Instead of answering a single question, he told me to make an appt. What kind of customer service is that? I will never even look at a property that is listed with C21. I told my future mother in law the response I got and she couldn't believe it, she said that agents like that (lazy and unprofessional) give realtors a bad name. STAY AWAY FROM C21.
