        customers are less than tolerable.
        service varies.
        selections are ok.
        i wish they could keep staff.
        they've got to stop catering to a certain element of customer who are return clients that abuse the service system.
        it can take up to a half hour to please some of these walk ins. customers who are never pleased and wish to take it out on the service.

        management has to do something about that! this location has a serious problem with at least a dozen of these types who repeatedly halt flow and make a nuisance of themselves over faulty claims about their purchases.
