Duvalls Small Engine Repair

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT! If you are in need of a small engine repair shop, DO NOT use Duvall's on Connelly Road in Fallston! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. First of all, the guy at the desk treated me as if I was bothering him by coming into the shop (extremely rude)! Second, they charged me a $70.00 deposit before they would even take my power washer. Third, they had my washer for six weeks and they never called me, not even once, with an update. I called them three times. Every time the answer was the same, I will have to call you back. STILL NO RETURN CALLS! Fourth, I decided this service was ridiculous, so I went to get my machine. Nothing had been done to it however, they refused to refund my $70.00 deposit! My advise to you is to: AVOID this business unless you enjoy being treated like crap, being over charged for no work being performed, and you don't care how long they have your device whether they fix it or not!
