facility is overcome by mentally disable residents whose are not under stuff controll.residents with burning cigarettes walking all time inside nonsmoking facility.By every exit stay somebody with burning cigarettes and smoke going inside.facility have now good crew after exchange lasy and bad workers but is to many mental ill residents and facility can't handle this properly .la about 25 % limitation for mental ill residence make sense for this facility whose can be a good place if couple things will be fixed.
