The apartments are just fine, the building was kept clean, and the underground parking was very nice. However, the three ladies in the office downstairs are VERY hard to deal with. L*****, D**, and S*** are inconsistent in agreements made. ALWAYS get EVERYTHING they agree to or promise, in writing. We made that mistake. Several verbal agreements we made at first, never written and signed, they failed to follow through with. When asked about these agreements for certain "amenities", they told us they never said or agreed to them. Did not hear a lot of tenant noise while living here, grounds were nicely kept up, and neighborhood was great. However, dealing with disrespectful management negated all of those nice things. Maintenance was very slow, and not always correct the first time they fixed something. Our dishwasher had to be worked on twice. There was also a light in one of the main entrances that was not only broken(broken lightbulb), but stayed that way for over 4 weeks, not safe.
