My 16 year old Aeron office chair was no longer working. The back tilt was broken. Office Chair Doctor came to my house on time, took the chair apart, removed the mechanism, and returned a week or so later to replace it. I am delighted with their service, and you will be, too.

The arm fell off my Aeron chair, but they came within two days and fixed it in no time. It is a little scary that they ask for full payment ahead of time, but everything worked out fine and my armrest is as good as new.

They were able to send someone to fix our Aeron chair promptly. It was like new in no time and I definitely recommend them!

Recently I bought a new office chair and was very disappointed when I realized it was a great chair but wasn't tall enough for me to sit comfortably and ergonomically at my desk. But instead of having to buy a new chair and risk incurring the same problem with the new chair, I instead brought it to the office chair doctor where a courteous staff made the time to immediately help me, within 10 minutes my chair had a new cylinder pump that enabled the chair to rise twice its original maximum height while maintaining a perfect minimum height (and they gave me the old factory included pump back as well) for a very reasonable price. What a relief to not have to have gone to buy a brand new chair, set it up myself, throw out all of the packaging, and still potentially incur the same problem as from before. No more arm/shoulder pain when typing on an uneven desk/chair combination. Office chair doctor helped me to focus back on my work!
