Finally an auto repair clinic that is "honest, fair, and professional" !! They go out of their way to make sure they help their customers in every way possible. I thought this kind of service was a thing of the past, not here they make every effort to make sure your repair is done as if it were there own vehicle.!!!

I went to griffin auto this Saturday, and I was having problems with my Lincoln rear end squeaking Bill went above and beyond his call of duty to diagnose my problem. quoted a price for repair and beat all other estimates. very satisfied with all the crew and the specialized attention. I would recommend this place to all. GREAT JOB guys keep up the good work

I have been bringing my car here for a few years now for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Anytime i have had an issue with my car, they actually fix if and it stays fixed! I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the real deal for auto repair. Their mechanics and office staff are not only very friendly and knowledgeable, but make sure its right the first time. At first i was a little shocked when they first showed me my estimate, But when Scott went through it with me and showed me what is needed now and what could wait, I felt a big relief come over me. I have been back now 3 times with my estimate doing the things to get my car back in shape and it has been a fantastic experience every time! Thanks Bill and Scott! I really feel good about my car now and safe.

Quality work, the don't jerk you around or keep trying to get you to do work that does not need to be done. I recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good honest work!

This was a nightmare experience for me.... If you have kids and want to feed them in the upcoming months, find another place.

I want to sincerely express my gratitude for the excellent customer service received from Griffin Auto, on Haggerty Road in Novi, Michigan. I took my 2002 Saturn to Bill Griffin last year for the first time, and again this past week. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. My son is a Mechanic in California, and was equally impressed with my experience. Bill did a thorough examination of my car, and the repairs were very reasonably priced when I compared other quotes I had received.

I will always take my vehicle to Griffin Auto, and I sincerely hope my friends and family do as well so they can enjoy the marvelous service I was fortunate enough to experience. The service at this shop is stellar. It is refreshing to find such an honest, hardworking, and conscientious Owner and Staff. I hope you will call Bill when you need repairs to your car. I took my car to griffins a little over a month ago with an estimate from another shop(who will remain nameless,not shameless though). Scott and Bill explained that not only that they could beat their price, BUT WHAT THEY QUOTED WASN'T GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!! They let me know what it really needed and it was nowhere near the original price that i was quoted. they also gave me what they called a blueprint of what the car would need down the road and what could wait because those problems were not as urgent.It was very comforting to know that some people can be trusted in this world still. P.S THE WAITING AREA IS AWESOME!!! As a woman i immediately felt comfortable just walking in.And Scott is very personable.I highly recommend griffins auto clinic to anyone without hesitation!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic to work on my car. Bill was straight forward about what needed to be repaired right away and what we could wait on. He saw to the immediate repair quickly and we didn't have to mortgage the house to pay for it. A fair, reasonable, and honest garage. How refreshing that is!
