Harriman Heating came out to my home on the day that I called - despite some confusion over the company name on HomeAdvisor.com. Brian is the representative who came to fix my furnace - he was expedient, informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant. In other words, he was quick to point out what was wrong with my furnace, fix the problem, and state what I could do to help prevent this issue in the future. Best of all, he was great with my dogs! Now, that is awesome. :)

Installers Jay and Charles did an excellent job start to finish. Prompt and professional and kept me informed related to all work done. Highly recommend Harriman for their quality work and pricing.

This company is horrible. They lie to you, they over-charge you, and they don't honor a single thing they say. I had bought an AC unit from them back in June. They mis-wired my new AC unit such that when it got cold in September, my heater and AC unit were both running at the same time. When they repaired their mis-wiring, they tried to blame it on my thermostat and demanded 267 dollars for a 45 dollar White Rodger unit. Also, Jayson Harriman said he would not charge my card when I spoke to him on the phone about it, yet did anyways.
