        Our stay here has turned out to be very costly. They have triple charged us for a three-night stay, and we have yet to resolve this error. Actually, I am beginning to think it's not an error at all but deliberate fraud. The reason I believe this is that the problem started when they had only double charged us. When my wife called to get that fixed, they charged her again instead if removing the extra charge, so now we have been charged 9 times for 3 nights. When we ask to speak with the manager, Vince, he's never there. It doesn't matter which day or time. It seems that we have also been ignored by Holiday Inn headquarters. We have not been ignored by our credit card company. They are looking into it, and I guess the better business bureau will have to be notified. We are a AAA hockey family who travels all over the nation for games. We will never recommend this Holiday Inn to fellow hockey families, and we personally will never stay in another Holiday Inn.
