My wife's Mercedes developed an exhaust issue just days before Christmas. We wanted to find someplace to get it fixed before driving over the holiday, and Cameron at Mr. Muffler could fit us in without any issues. He diagnosed the issue and gave us two options (1 to replace the exhaust manifold, the other to rebuild it). We gave him the ok over the phone, and our Mercedes was ready for pick-up the next day. My wife has since driven it across states, and everything is working great. Fantastic service, great price, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend the team at Mr. Muffler for fast and affordable repairs.

Quick and affordable service. I had to replace defective flex pipe. The repair job was done while I waited.

I was satisfied with overall experience for good service, fair prices and top customer service.
I will not hesitate to go back and refer my friends.

This is THE WORST PLACE to bring your car to fix! I had a trouble with overheating and a couple days after repair my car got overheated again! there was no guarantee for their repair and I had to pay every time I visited there.
This shop should be investigated.I don't want someone to have the same experience that I had.

Stay away from this dealer!!!
Right after repair my car had the same problem again. They cannot repair your car. Don't trust them. I brought my car to another and they said someone screwed up the thermostat and that's why my car has the same problem again and again.

I took my 2004 Nissan Altima sedan to this service shop to have the exhaust manifold replaced. I dropped off the car at 12pm (estimate time) on a Monday with 186507 Miles (300155 Kilometers) on my car. I spoke to the manager or owner Garry who said i should bring the car in. Then he called me later on that day saying the total cost will be $949.00; In nutshell, we agreed to a price of $600.00 for labor and parts. He mentioned that it will take a day or two to fix (weird). I went back the next day, Tuesday evening - the manifold replacement has not been completed. Two days later i got a call that the car is done but he noticed my car needs alternator check. I said he should not fix anything else. I will come and pick my carI got to the garage at 5.30pm on wednesday, i noticed my receipts indicated that I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT MY BATTERY LIGHT AND BRAKE WARNING LIGHT ARE ON. Lights not there before. Then I noticed my mileage is now 186560 (300240 Kilometers), i challenged Garry where he and his technicans drove my car to? to accrue extra 60miles (80 kilometers) on my car ? he denied driving my car.I also challenged the warning lights that appeared on my dashboard, i did not ask him to check my alternator or wiring system or brake. I only want my Manifold replaced. Garry denied touching or fudging anything. After the argument, i called him when i got home to express my de-satisfaction. He called me back 15minutes later to bring the car back to the shop to have it "fixed"I took the car back on Friday to have the rootcause of the warning light corrected at NO CHARGE. By the time i went back to pick the car, the shop was closed, i had to go home and get a spare key and picked up my car!I strongly believe Garry and his team altered some parts in my car to make me pay for unnecessary repairs.Taking advantage of customers to do unneeded repairs is a low ball and unprofessional. This is unacceptable for a franchise like Mr Muffler! Garry and his team are very dishonest they should be warned and investigated

This shop should be investigated. So my exhaust came apart, dead center of the pipe line, just after the cat and decide to drive it up to get it repaired. I had a 20 % off exhaust coupon which I printed right off their website. get up there and ask them how mush to reattach the pipes and they said they have to look at it before they will quote any work, even though I knew exactly what needed to be done. Mind you I could have easily bought the brand new replacement cat to connection piece that's pretty small piece and the full length resonating pipe that connects to the muffler for $125 dollars from more than 1 parts store. Well they quote me $200 to remove the connector plate and weld in a 6" long pipe to fix it. I thought what a rip. I express that it seemed high and that's when they say it will be $40 because they charge for their quote. so I, frustrated and wanting to get it done and over with tell them to go ahead with it. So they get done and I go to pay and present the coupon and the guy says its only good with parts and labor, not just labor. Doesn't say it on the site or coupon.... So I think well I just got hosed up and down and thought it was over. Driving I thought was a little vibratey, but it wasn't loud like it was, so I dismissed it. Well I decide to look at the work a few weeks later and low and behold, they took my cat convertor and replaced it with an old resonating chamber from some other vehicle. And I know they did this, as I remember the look of it from before the repair was done. So long story short, this business should be investigated and shut down.

I needed a new muffler so I went to Mr Muffler and Brakes. Over the phone I was quoted at $100. I brought my car in and was told there was a $40 inspection fee for just looking at my car. That should have been the first warning sign to avoid this place.
I was told my $40 went towards my bill for the service. Well after dropping the car off I received a phone call. It was now going to cost $350 to fix my car! If I decided to go somewhere else for repairs I owed them $40 for the "inspection".
CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH
Lure you in with a cheap price. Raise the price under you feet. If you decide to leave b/c you know your getting ripped off you still have to pay them.
They did fix my car. After looking at other reviews on Google I noticed a trend. Lot's of fake reviews. Followed by really bad reviews. The really good reviews would be simple like "like amazing service you must go here!!!".
Learn from my EXPENSIVE lesson. Any place that uses fake reviews and bait and switch is not to be trusted. Don't get conned out of your money like I unfortunately did.

This is the worst place one can go for auto repair. We went there once for heating problem in our car. The guy called me and told me its going to cost about $180 dollars. After half hour he called me again and said its going to cost $580 dollars. When I said don't do anything I have to think about it, he reduced the price to $500 including taxes almost immediately and I didn't think about it much at that time and said ok do it. After everything the car did ok for only a couple of days. Now again we have the same heating problem. This place is a total rip off. Please don't go there.
