Simply Superb Carpet Cleaners

I came home at 10p.m. on a Friday night to find that my sump pump had backed up. I called a lot of so called 24/7 flood restoration companies and couldn't get anyone to come out that night. Until I found Simply Superb Carpet Cleaners. They were out at my house in less than an hour. They were a life saver and really knew what they were talking about. My basement had about 6 inches of water, Simply Superb removed all my contents quickly and carefully, They also dried my basement very quickly with their drying equipment. I was very impressed that the owner actually came to my house and did most of the work. Simply Superb also dealt with my insurance company. I was back to normal with a brand new basement (drywall work, new carpet and new paint) in about 13 days from start to finish. I have also had Simply Superb out to my house since the BIG FLOOD, to clean my carpet and furniture, They did a fantastic job and were real professional. Again the owner of the company (Jim Ferguson) was there doing the work. So i felt that my belongings were safe, if you know what i mean. I tell all my family and friends about this company.. All of my family and friends that have used this company had the same experience that i had. Thanks again Jim, keep up the good work.
