as a roofing window and vinyl siding contractor who's been in business for 18 years I was approached by they're outside sales rep to start buying from them, as with most companies they promise you the world and promise superb service. let me to any of you that service is very slack when it comes to the sales rep and following through on their promises. I had an issue with a defect window I ordered. when I called back to ask about it they said it might take some time to get it to the customer since its only a sash for a window. I told Chuck the sales rep that my regular company that I buy from delivers things like that the next day and he replied on the phone to me that this is not the other company. and was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I will not be buying anymore Windows or vinyl siding from this company.
