The owner of this company Marlene Ferrara who also works for ERA Strother manages the property next to mine. The Violent Fugutive Task Force, Federal Agents and the SBI paid that house a visit this morning at 6:00am. Since Marlene moved these folks in, there have been numerous visits from Dept. of Public Safety all well as the as the Cumberland County Sheriff's Dept. Not to mention zooming across my front yard on a mini bike and the streets of the neighborhood. They have also had run ins with the other neighbor as well. There have been numerous problems with other tenants, such as dumping there household garbage in there woods behind our home. We had to call Cumberland County Code Enforcement to force her to clean it up. We have made numerous attempts to contact Marlene who represents ERA Strother. When you call her to complain about the state of the property or the tenants she labels you a racist.
