Burger King

I would like to say that this Burger King has the worst customer service of any fast food resturant I have been in. The staff is rude and they act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. The management allows this type of behavior as they are the same way. When you call their location and you ask for the district managers name and a number to reach them, they tell you they are not allowed to give this information out. They refuse to give you any number to the corporation that this particular Burger King belongs to. If you have a complaint and ask for their names, they say that no one needs their names. This location has already begin to lose sales and unless someone steps in and beings to make changes from the management on down, this place will eventually close down from having the worst customer service. This location needs to remember that they are also waiting on local people that can cause a difference in how a community sees a business. Just because you are close to an interstate you do not only get customers that are just passing through. We will never be back as will none of our family that lives over here. This is a close community and you all are chasing your customers away.

I went through the drive threw one morning after opening hours (30 minutes after when the store was suppose to be open) and the staff was extremely rude. I will NEVER go back to this store. The exit has more than one fast food store and will make sure to spend my money elsewhere.
