Rapha Primary Care Center

Receptionist was rude and the wait was extremely long. After sitting for 2 1/2 hrs without being seen, I had to leave to pick my children up and was treated like I was in the wrong for having to leave by several of the employees, one being a doctor at the facility. Will not be returning and would suggest anyone looking for a new doctor to look elsewhere.

Rapha Primary Care on Skibo Road is the most unprofessional, unorganized and rude office I have ever been to. They constantly loose paperwork, make appt errors, and are the laziest office staff I have ever seen. The office manager, Barbara, is the rudist b@#ch I have ever come across, and dont call her out on a mistake she has made....she will only get rude. They could care less about patients. You wait over an hour before they even check you in. Then your led to a room...where you sit for hours. Its ridiculous. The doctors are walking around doing nothing. I will NEVER go back to this office again and I would urge everyone to find somewhere else!

After asking a question about them not being "able" to prescribe my husband a medication for his RA the Dr. told me to "google it" I Paid 100+ in cash for that?? awsome!

They call themselves a family practice..yeah right. I took my son for a well baby check up on his 2 nd b-day and they didnt even weigh him. all they did was listen to his breathing and check his ears. we had to wait for 4 hours to be seen by the doctor for 10 minutes. The are very un orginized and dont care about the patients. I have been trying to get a copy of my sons shot records for the past week and i had to sign a realese to MYSELF to even be put on a list to get them. (still haven't recevived them) I am not recommending this place for persons of any age. Don't waste your time here, go and find another physician!!!
