Urban Dog Petcare

Never taking my dog back! This was the 2nd time I took my dog there and he was full of energy when I picked him up again. The first time was a "trial" so they could see if he could get along with other dogs, fair enough. I thought that day care meant they got to play all day like every other daycare, not true. I got to see the entire place and it was clean with large indoor and outdoor play areas, so why is my dog and EVERY other dog in a kennel?! When I asked how long they got to play, I was told "it varies but usually 25 min to an hour". Seriously?! My dog got more mental stimulation on the drive home. I should have just left him at home where he wouldn't be laying on a 12" x 12" fleece "blanket" and mostly on concrete floor. Atleast at home he would have his stuff and a couch to sleep on. He got more stimulation on the drive home with the window open than here. Why did I pay $15 for day care?!

Boarded my dog from 08/16 - 08/19 while visiting my son. Couldn't be more pleased. The staff was friendly and caring. The place was spotless and my dog was happy. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't get much better than that. The only draw back was it was a 500 mile car trip to get there - LOL

Hey, just got to say that these fine folks really care for the animals that they care for each and everyday!!!! My dog Roscoe loves going and having fun with friends!!!!
