Business offered free New York State inspections all week.They periodically do this (as well as oil changes).Drove in on Wednesday afternoon and told it would be about a two hour wait.Rather than wait I made an appt. for Friday morning.No problems with the inspection but when I got home I realized my heater,horn,and programmed garage door opener did not work.I immediately drove back to the dealership.I was upset and wanted them to know it.They had replaced a fuse and the new one was loose.I would never do business with them again,either for car maintenance and especially not to buy a car from.I thought the general manager was hostile and would not compensate me for the inconvenience they caused in any way.
