I was planning on remodeling my home that I have owned for over 30 years so I shopped around for the best price because my budget was very limited, after having countless bids submitted I came across Avi J Construction in the yellow pages and they came out and I explained to them what I wanted done, in what time frame and the budget that I had and instead of them giving me a rate they asked me to show them the bids I had recieved and they explained to me the cost of materials, the cost of labor and the extra I was being charged for profit and I was shocked. After that they showed me how much they would charge me for completing the project and it was a $4,250.00 lower than the lowest bidder I intially planned on going with. Not only was there price second to none but the service was exceptional, professional and in a timely manner.
