I have been using Blue Emerald for over six years now. Mary has been one of the best property managers I have ever rented from. When I was going through a rough time she worked with me on rent and didn't charge me months of late fees or interest. Whenever there was a problem she always fixed it. I would and have referred people to her. I think people posting these bad reviews should've tried harder to work with her. I have even known her to even work with people with dings on their records.

Never Rent with these people, they do not take care of their properties, and will not care when they fail. We spent thousands of dollars renovating a place that they did not disclose had a leaky foundation. It ruined all of my furniture and Mary didn't care, she is a greedy mean, careless woman who no one should ever deal with. NEVER RENT HERE

Never work with this company they are dishonest and do not care about the state of their properties or the tenants. This is a greedy, woman named Mary who does not care at all. Stay away.
