Shin Sung Restaurant

Service is absolutely trash, but the price is right. These people have the nerve to ask, "where is my tip?" If they dont see one written in on the receipt immediately. Go into this restaurant ready to take their garbage.

We are a whole family that patroned this establishment on a bi monthly basis for the last three years. The LAST time our family was there we were treated unexceptibly. We were seated then egnored for over 20 min. Got our food (partial order) and then was not served or checked on, we got our soup as we were walking out the door. and had to ask for our check after 10 min. of waiting by the register. We will NEVER I mean NEVER go here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We do not recomend this bbq to anyone!!!!!

I would give it a NO STAR if there is an option. This place has NO SERVICE what so ever. We tried their "all you can eat" menu for dinner last night. When we want to reorder a second plate of bbq meat, the servers totally ignored us (not just once, but 3 times). I am sure they saw us waving at them! Finally, we decided to leave. My mom left her tip on the table not knowing that you're suppose to pay tips upfront. The owner (a lady in her 40s), stopped my mom from walking out because she did not pay tip. What in the world is that???? I have some really cool Korean friends, but this Korean family is nothing but CHEAP!!! Will discourage all my friends from going!
