Aldi

The selections are getting better all the time. Their produce and meats are always fresh and the prices are wonderful. I've introduced some of my out of town friends to Aldi's and they were inpressed. I shop there regularly.

poor customer servive, poor managerial staff. The business has not been open but one full week, and alresdy I know it is not a store I will frequent. They failed to stand byehind THEIR contraversal store ad sent to homes in the neighborhood. It was evasive in it's promises, and issued without difinitive end dates for their sale items, obviously done so that they would not have to honor it and could end at their own whelm. The managerial staff refused to give out corporate headqurters phone number when asked. They baited consumers in with their ad and coupon, then switched the terms for honoring them. Good Luck, you' re going to need it!!!

I do the vast majority of my shopping at Aldi, especially for the basics. There aren't too many "specials" and I don't like using coupons, so this is my kind of place. Not huge, so I can get in, do my shopping, and be out of there in less than 30 minutes. Love the produce, especially for the weekly specials produce. Finally, there's no better place to go buy good cereal. A friend of mine told me that when he interviewed with Aldi, they shared with him that most of the cereal is name brand (i.e. General Mills or Kellog) and is packaged in a different box. Regardless, it's great. Just remember to bring your quarter, cash/debit card, and some bags!
