If you pay your bills, this company is great to work with. When you don't pay your bills you get a cancellation notice. As much as we would like to perform our services payment is the most important part of the relationship once the service has been completed.

Smith Fire monitored our fire alarm monitoring, fire sprinkler, alarm and back-flow inspections for our business for while now. I received a letter stating they were canceling our service with no reason as to why. When I tried to call and speak to the manager Santiago, I was told that our account was too small for them to deal with, and was too much of a hassle. I asked if this was how he treated all small businesses, and he hung up on me.
