We had a bad experience -- gave deposit (in March) and scheduled work to be that summer/fall. Basically, got kicked to the curb and was told they couldn't do our roof until the following spring. Asked for my refund back -- Dennis made me wait for three months and jump through hoops with his attorney to get deposit back. Basically, did not feel important to them.
