MacDonald Supply

We purchased a pro com heating unit but due to extensive health problems, we couldn't get it installed over the winter. So while the purchase was made 9 months ago, when we finally were able to install the unit, the part that connects to the gas hose was cracked. They refused offering to return, replace, or fix the unit. They deferred all responsibility to the manufacturer. So basically they get to keep the money while I am stuck with an unusable product, and when I spoke to the manufacturer, they were appalled to hear that the store offered nothing to resolve the issue. They were rude to speak with and wouldn't say what thier return policy was or if they even have one.

ON 3/26/15 WE ORDERED A BATHROOM FROM THIS COMPANY. THE AMERICAN STANDARD TOILET HAD BEEN PATCHED AND IT LEAKED ONTO OUR BASEMENT CARPET STAINING IT. THE FAUCET WE ORDERED IN MARCH WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET 5/27/15. I DID NOTICE MCDONALD SUPPLY IS VERY QUICK TO PASS THE BLAME AND GIVE EXCUSES ABOUT IT BEING A SUPPLIERS FAULT NOT MCDONALD SUPPLIES FAULT.
