Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I want to commend Vanlal who was at my house today working on drains. He was right on time and very professional and polite. I have a 100-year-od home and the basement is tricky. He used several big pieces of equipment and at one point took the basement door off w/my permission to get an over 200 pound machine through the opening and down the basement stairs. He kept me updated on the procedures he was using on the drains and explained all at the end of his visit. Pleasant demeanor and a great tech.

Chawng Vunga was a great help in fixing our cold water problem. He was very professional, nice, and on time.

Chawng was AMAZING! He was on time, professional, and educated me on the issue as well as further issues I may encounter in the future. He even cleaned up the mess my issue was causing! Our sink was really backing up so we called Roto Rooter. We found out it had been over 3 years since their last visit. A gentleman by the name of Kima was the gentleman who came. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He treated us and our home with the utmost respect. We were very lucky that he was the person sent out. He is a great representative for your company.

Had a frozen pipe that completely blocked all water to my house and couldn't identify which one. The technician came by, quickly found the problem and heated the pipes. Didn't have any problems later!

Had an urgent situation recently and used plumber and water restoration. Work was all professional and done timely. Miguel campus was project manager and he was very easy to reach. I found all staff polite and knowledgeable of their skill. They made a very stressful situation A bit easier. They were also all very easy to reach as needed.

My bathroom drain was clogged up into the main line. Toilet and sink flowing into the bathtub. I snaked out a bunch of hair deep into the drain and it still wouldn't clear. I called and the next day, Fela (#885) came out on time and stayed until the problem was fixed. He was very friendly and cleaned up way more than only the mess he made. Very thorough job he did in all aspects.

Chawng Vunga stayed for two hours working a plugged laundry drain. He was relentless in his pursuit of the solution to the problem. He showed up within one hour of my call for help. I would not hesitate to recommend him for future service. The terms and conditions were clearly stated prior to the service commencing. I am very pleased with the experience.
