Do not take your pet there.When I took my Teddy Bear dog Zeke in she told me that it would be extra for any mats.Since Zeke was brushed out 2 weeks before I wasn't worried about it. I called to see if Zeke was ready she said that it would be $10 extra because she had to remove a mat. I said OK but I would not be back. When I went to pick Zeke up I said its $48.00? the owner yelled at me that my dog was a mess she should call the humane society they would fine me $1500.00. I had the money in my hand and she screamed at me to pay the money and get out of her establishment. She said she was calling the police-picked up the telephone-and told them that she wanted them to come and get me out of her establishment. I paid her than I went to the police dept.so they wouldn't come looking for me. The Sergeant said that the owner did not call the police dept & that if she did call the Humane Society they would not fine me at all! I was willing to pay the money and not come back there.

I absolutely love the groomers! Reasonable priced. I took Selene to Ps Pet Smart ' s to have her shampooed brushed and nails chipped. They did a disgraceful job. Not only did they hit her but they nipped 6 of her toes! After 3 years I decided to try taking her again to a groomers I heard good thing about Champions. Selene loves them! They took the time she needed to become comfortable. I will ONLY take my Baby there for now on. Selene is not just a dog she is my 3 year old fur baby!

I have used Ethel at Champion for several years..I have an unreasonable small dog who HATES to be groomed! Ethel was so patient, and even when I offered to sedate him prior to bringing him, she refused. He always looks awesome, smells great, and she has never hurt him. I used another groomer and could see the bruises on Mojo were others had hit him...never, ever have I seen any abuse here! I highly recommend!

I made an appt for my 12 year old lab and they called me back the next day to tell me my dog was too old. What? They also knicked him several times while shaving him and the cleanliness is questionable. Use petsmart on allen. Much more professional.
