Graff Truck Center

The service manager is very rude. The repair on our Volvo was not done in a timely fashion. We had a 7 am appointment and they did not get our truck in for the repair until 7 1/2 hours later. When they called to let us know that our truck was ready to go, the light problem that we were having was fixed BUT other lights were now not working. So, our truck had to get rerepaired the next day. We are still waiting for the call. We were told by the rude manager that our truck was used and we should expect problems. We will definitely find a different repair location for future repairs. The manager also told us that we should get out of the business if we can't handle breakdowns. The way we were treated was totally wrong.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I own a company that buys many vehicles and have never been treated this way. We had also purchased a vehicle in the past from Graff but never again. Long story short, we drove to the east side of the state to purchase this vehicle with plenty of communication with the dealership. They even sent me the VIN so I could put insurance on the vehicle so I could drive it off the lot. They sent us a text, yes a text, 15 minutes prior to our arrival stating they just accepted a deposit on the truck. The response from the general manager on this situation showed a lack of empathy and understanding. The lack of communication was unreal and I will caution anyone to do any sort of business with any Graff Center location.
