Portrait Innovations

To start off my sister made an appt for her daughter to take pictures and then tried to make an appt for me and they (portrait innovation employee) told her that we were the same family so we could not get the special offer and then said that if I did come in that my sisyert couldn't help me at all with my session.Of course that is ridiculous so my sister asked to speak to a manager who then said as long as my sister wasn't in the picture or her daughter it was fine.

So I get there and when they see my sister they start to whisper and give us disapproving looks as if we are trying to scam them. so we ignore them and start the picture process and they rush through don't get enough shots because my daughter was uncomfortable and didn't want to take anymore. She did fine for the first twenty shots but they told me the pictures were no good and she didn'tever enough shots to even let me see them or let me buy any. She asked me to reschedule but they had no openings until the promotion was over.

My daughter was fine after about five mins but instead of offering to try again they deleted my pictures and sat around and talked because the store was completely empty. All the while the manager just stared at us. we asked for a corporate number and the manager took off on her lunch break.

I will never go there again or recommend them.They were unprofessional and rude to say the least.
