        I stopped in to Vehicle City Harley Davidson to do some paper work and there was NO FINANCE person available or STORE MANAGER and the one person that was helping me decided to walk off and throw his hands up ( DONNIE) AND REFUSED TO CONTINUE GIVING ME ASSISTANCE and so his Co worker Darrell was kind enough to help us with our situation so if you decide to go into vehicle City Harley Davidson do not work with Donnie .....He lacks in customer service and has no patience what so ever.

        Very nice employees
        I bought a pair of Ladies boots, outside of foot zip up, in 2015, the following year at the open of riding season I noticed the sole of one boot was unattached from the heal to arch, the other foot was starting in the heal. I believe it started because I started using my heal to shift. The staff told me “ Nothing they could do”. These are Harley boots and they were expensive.
        No more Harley Boots !!!!
        We have spent well over $50,000. In Bikes!!!
        Not to mention the clothing, helmets, etc!!!

        This dealership ought to be ashamed. I took my motorcycle in for a new rear tire and a 5k service. It took 13 days to finish it and after charging me over $1,100 they didn't even wash it. This dealership is unorganized and over priced. Crooks to say the least. Take your motorcycle anywhere but here.
