My Husband and I love our house and our neighbors, but as our family is growing we had the need for more space. As the property value in Queens continues to increase it was becoming discouraging looking for larger houses within our budget. We spoke with Champion 1 Construction and they guided us through the steps associated with a second story addition and they explained to us that an addition to our home would save us money and allow us to make a larger house exactly the way we want it to be. The project went extremely well and now we have a beautiful five bedroom home for a fraction of what we would have paid in today’s house market.

Champion 1 Construction did a 1st and 2nd floor extension on my house. They worked so well and kept the job moving along. Always answered my questions and explained what they were doing and going to do next. I like that they kept me in the loop not like other contractor’s they don’t even want to talk to the customers.
