Buddy's Boarding

Very odd, peculiar people. Obsessed with rules. I can deal with a nut for that. What I cannot deal with is dishonesty. I arrived at the kennel on day two shortly before 5pm on day TWO. The informed me that I owed her for three days because I didn't get back in the AM. My advice..,. find A diffy "BUDDY"

If I could give negative stars, I would for this company. The dogs were not fed according to our instructions even though it was simple(1cup of food and 1 scoop of powder). Instead that was ignored. We were also scolded for showing up to check on the dogs (e.g. Owner: "I told you not to come by cause it upsets the dogs"). Additionally she noted that she kept them clean (part of her job) and was quite rude and obstreperous. Diane charged us two late fees (one of which was valid) and told us we'd be better off boarding someplace else(I wholeheartedly agree). Horrible experience- I felt bad for the dogs who needed medication. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

I have been taking my dogs to see Diane at Buddy's Boarding for the last 5 years. They LOVE going there, my dogs actually get excited as soon as they realize we are headed out to floyd. My older dog is very independant and at times can be difficult, but Diane always works her magic with her and my younger dog is full of energy and needs a little more exercise than both. No matter what my needs are she always takes care of me and my dogs always come home happy, healthy, and tired from all the playing they have done. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else, its completely worth the drive from Christiansburg just to know my dogs are in such amazing hands!
