Ridley Brook Apartments

When I moved in, I was NEVER informed that the water bill was a communal water bill and counted towards my rent. In effect, I was paying for more water than I was possibly using. Along with the water bill, the complex is overcrowded making parking past 6pm impossible.

One final complaint is when I moved out, I cleaned the apartment up and down, yet I'm on the hook for the carpet since they claim there is one stain that they "can't" remove. If you know anyone looking for a place there, immediately talk them out of it!

first you pay for water,heat,sewer and extra fee. the bill is base on the total cost of all the apartment building divided by the number of apartments. It is very high bill and you have no control over it. They turn on the heat early because of the few elderly people in the building is so hot you have to open the windows in the winter ( I mean all the people in the building) and the bill get even higher because of this. of course management does not care because they do not foot any of the bill at all. There is a mice problem here too. miantance will tell you they can not some problems because the building is over 50 years old. If I'd known this before I move here I would have never moved here.
