You drive down the road and notice beautiful brand new built Town homes your excited your moving into a brand new home! Well, its only a nightmare from here on out. Dena Friebig who is the townhome manager is very rude and has no compassion towards her tenants. She is very unprofessional she will swear at tenants and ignore complaints. Moving into these townhomes was the biggest mistake. The walls are paper thin everything breaks sinks are shifting doors are shifting tile on the floors are ripping apart already brand new windows with cold air blowing though them. Do not rent with these townhomes I'm trying to stop anyone who trys to rent from this and save them the heart ache. I have never in my life have met someone like Dena who is a manager of Fond du Lac Townhomes be so horrible towards a good tenant who pays there rent on time and never got complaints. I will make sure I spread the word about the Fond du Lac Townhomes and make sure people don't make the same mistake I did by moving into a nightmare. I hope that the Fond du Lac Townhomes find a new manager. With her being a manager Fond du Lac Townhomes will loose good tenants.

Do not look into these townhomes! Or if you do keep driving by! While the concept is there, this business has flushed it down the toilet! They have gone through four managers since they opened a year ago. The current manager DF is very rude and incompetent just as the last three were. I have family that live at both current locations and while these townhomes are nice they are not well maintained. For example holes in the floor, in the walls, toilets that aren’t actually attached to the floor! Complaints are ignored! We are actually in the process of bringing a lawsuit against FDL Townhomes. Please Please Please unless you want to live in a nice clean and pretty version of Lakeside Gardens full of ghetto drama do not even consider moving into these townhomes!
