        I went to Fontana True Value hoping to get help in fixing a lamp. Bud immediately jumped in and fixed the lamp. He certainly demonstrated great customer service and was patient with me. Thanks again, Bud

        My husband and I were looking for a hard to find refrigerator filter that we were not able to find elsewhere. They not only assisted us immediately but walked us through how to install it. Great service

        Overall

        I went there today and the cashier hadn't a clue as to where the items I needed were. She told me to ask someone else at the next counter. I have better things to do than track down a store worker who may or may not know the location of the items I need. Why couldn't she ask? No one else was in line. I left, probably never to return.
