Although the cleaning was good. I set up to have my house cleaned every 4 weeks.

When she called me to tell me she was coming the next day I explained to her it has only been 3 weeks. She came 21 days ago which is 3 weeks not 4. Rosa kept insisting it had been 4 weeks. When I tried to explain to her that 21 days is not 4 weeks she told me she would not clean my house anymore and hung up! I think that is highly unprofessional and rude. It is not my fault she cannot count!!
