I brought in 2 patio drapes in that had stains on them. did the 1 day service. picked them up brought them home and noticed they still had stains on them. Brought them back for a redo. did a spot stain treatment on them. picked up the next day hung them up. The liner is the same length but the curtain is 3 inches to short on 1 and 5 inches to short on the other. Not happy at all. Didn't even compensate me at all. Just told me there was no guarantee they would come out good. very disappointed that I have to hang these in my house.

I brought in some shirts for laundering. 1 shirt came back with streaks down the front. i had to take it back to be redone, which it was. Another shirt, from another order, also came back with a stain. I had to make a return trip to return to have redone. From another order a shirt came back with a stain, which had to be redone, but then came back with yet another stain, this time I was told they couldn't remove the spot, resulting in a ruined shirt. I asked for a replacement and was told the spot was my fault and wouldn't do anything about it. None of the stains were on the shirts when I had brought them in. Quality control and customer service are non existent.

Forest Lake Dry Cleaners does a wonderful job! I brought in a fancy jacket with glass bead buttons. They not only got the stains out, they carefully wrapped each button to make sure it was not injured, and didn't charge extra. I've also been very pleased with their sewing repairs, well done and very short wait. Cory
