Tower Collision is the best repair shop in Forney and the DFW area. I can count on them to do a professional job EVERYTIME and get my vehicle up and running in a timely fashion. Jose and his team goes above and beyond to ensure that I am safe so he checks everything before returning my car to me and, and he is very affordable. I have been a customer for 5 years and counting and he is the only one I trust to do any work on my vehicles.

Lets see where do I start? Paint didn't match, bondo was wavy, took months to get it fixed, the guys came up with so many excuses on why my car wasn't ready, just overall awful .

I brought my car into tower collisions body shop to have teh whole thing painted a different color, front end straightened and put back together and some pretty extensive dents fixed. 14 months later my truck was still not finished and this is after calling them and calling them to try to get them on the ball. These guys took advantage of the fact that they knew this was not a daily driver and also took advantage of me being an understanding person. They finally delivered my truck to my house at like month 16 and it was painted but was not color sanded buffed or anything look really

HALF A><. So i brought it back in. 2 months later after calling them every week they said it was finished. It looks great from 10 feet away. They added a dent to my tailgate where they let it down on a tool or something and never fixed it. My headlights are completely rigged to stay in place. This review doesnt express half of the BS of dealing with this company. They could make it better by getting there work done right and right the first time.
