        Overall

        I am very disappointed with inconsistency between employees. I have been in three times now for a simple window pane and two weeks later still don't have anything to put in my window. Each time an employee tells me something different and this last time they let me know that they had broken my window and now I need to wait for them to order a new one. I didn't even receive a phone call - I had to go in two days after they said it would be ready and ask around until i got an answer. I didn't even get so much as an apology.
