The reader of this anonymous review (from “UpsetnAngry”) might want to pause before giving it much credibility. It is very easy to post criticism on the internet while perhaps leaving out key information.



As a very satisfied customer of Brian Electric of Ft Collins, I find this review quite odd. If “UpsetnAngry” conducted their due diligence, researched the company, talked with the owner and received a written quote, I have no doubt that the agreed upon charge/service would have been the result.



There is probably a reason that this posting from “UpsetnAngry” is an anomaly. Brian Electric is a reputable business, with a history of quality, professionalism and integrity and a list of real clients that are satisfied and ready to use them again.

The owner charged us more than double what he quoted us it would cost for an outlet and breaker repair. When we called to discuss the matter, the owner was incredibly rude and insulting, including calling names and making demeaning remarks. He charged 2.5 hours of repair time because his "experienced" technician couldn't figure out what to fix, and forced us to foot the bill for his technician's learning curve. For a company that supposedly emphasizes customer service, we were extremely disappointed and upset with the way we were treated by the owner, and appalled at the owner's unwillingness to fix the situation.
