Fletcher Wood Products Inc

We had went into this business and just by looking at the showroom thought they would be professional and great builders, they filled us in about how all their stuff was hand made and Solid wood and they where prices fairly, however the installers were so nice but the owners wife Sandy fletcher was rude to us from the start and had to come out twice to check her measurements not only that kept telling me different than what we wanted in not a nice way.. I am a very nice person and I have never wrote a review but thought it was necessary this time, they quoted out cabinets at a little over 6,000. Said they would be here at 8 and got here at 930 and worked for awhile then called me downstairs only to find out sandy thought we had wanted a soft for our pinicila over the island and it was measured so high I would have had to use a ladder to even get in there and it was so narrow a couldn't put anything in it and the doors weren't finished because they weren't sure if we wanted doors on both side, the doors were all miss on stlye oak but didn't make the drawers match. The island looked like a desk and was 10+ inches to short and their SOLID wood was all plyboard with that fake viynal over it and was all ordered in from another company, the oak was the only real thing but they already had been all dinged and scratched up. We had our lighting and plumping all centered and this piece was 20+ inches off! They must have forgot their stud finder because they drilled about 8 holes in a row to find a board and holes all over in walls and freshly finished floor... it was all junk, we called the owner to set up a meeting the next day and he gave us back our moneyes we put down. 3400 and left the cabinets but didn't even offer to build us new not that we would have but he blamed his wife for being on medication but she blamed coming out a second time to measure because of the meds but that obviously did no good.I was more than excited to get my new cabinets only to find out ever piece was wrong and no doors and now we have to wait all over again... I do not recommend this business to anyone!!!
