BEWARE: I regret not reading the Facebook and YellowPage reviews beforehand



If I pay the 27th, try and cancel on the 27th, and don't get my first delivery until the 2nd), I expect it there to be no issue in canceling. I tried calling within the hour and wasn't able to reach anyone. I gave them multiple opportunities as wellto rectify the situation. Please do yourself a favor and read the other reviews, ESPECIALLY ON FACEBOOK as they seem to also have bland food, overcharging and fraudulent techniques (as per Tabetha Annette's review), late and missed deliveries (which you will be charged for), unprofessional management (A company with such a low number of reviews should be able to reply to each one, yet there are many that are ignored. And if they do reply, just read the review on 8-15-15 with Andrea Pineda. They even take matters personally because it is a small company, leading to sarcastic replies in broken English like the one they left on Andrea Pineda's review.

I'm on my 3rd week of Catered Fit and so far so good! Everything is really tasty and I haven't had any issues with billing or delivery. They deliver to your house each night for the next days food so it's really convenient.

I've been getting Catered Fit,delivery to my home for more than a year.Excellent customer service,and delivery.The meals are all prepared and delivered fresh to my home each day.I have to do nothing other than heat and enjoy my meals.I have not had the same meal twice.

Meal plans are catered to MY needs... Excellent work Guys!! Keep up the good work.I highly recommend to those of you who enjoy Fresh,healthy,tasty food.and want it delivered to your door!! Too easy!!

They messed up my order and I didn't get my first delivery. The company didn't own up to it and kept making excuses. I had contacted them multiple times in writing and by phone and they will not honor a refund. They don't know what customer service is. All they want is your money and your credit card number.
