Fort Lauderdale Duck Tours

We booked a 3pm tour 17 Aug 2014, 2 hrs prior to the deadline, we were told to arrive NLT 2:30pm or our seats could be sold. Parked at the hotel around 2:15pm, called for directions to the ticket office and was told no tours were going out today. Additionally was told that I had not spoken to anyone in that office, "you must have called the Miami office." But I redialed the same same number I made the the reservations from, ((954) 761-4002). Poor business practices!

Best place to have a drink and some great food on the beach. The bar staff and wait staff are hot and the live music is a nice change of pace.
