        Competent but good luck getting a follow up appointment once you've paid for their service. After paying over $400. I tried calling day and night to get my promised free programming of my car remote and I was put off every time I called and he never, ever, called back when he said he would. Said he was working on "a BMW"... in other words, this car is more important than yours. I took my business elsewhere.
