        BUYER BEWARE! On June 21, 201...

        BUYER BEWARE! On June 21, 2010 I purchased a piece of granite for our mantel online from StoneSheets. I had received samples from the company and chatted with the sales department (Logan Stanko), and thus believed the business to be trustworthy. I was charged on my American Express credit card on June 23, 2010. For the next year I got the run-around saying that it was ordered / being prepped / in transit / etc only to never get the granite. I asked for a refund and never received one. I contacted Amex to reverse the charge, but the dispute was never settled because StoneSheets never responded to any inquiries. I escalated the case to the Better Business Bureau and got the exact same response they couldnt do anything because the vendor ignored all inquiries.
