Carriage House Luxury Apts

this place is roach infested, and they should not be called "luxury"!there are no luxuries here, there is little or no lighting in the underground parking lot (very unsafe for ladies!), smells horrible in the stairwells, roaches roaches roaches! Kibel company, management company, will only take your money, they can care less about this run down building, filthy building...I feel like I live in a project!
