Scheduled an appointment with Shoshanna well in advance. Show up to a locked door. Call her mobile to confirm the appointment, but apparently she had written down a different time and won't be able to take me as she is now expecting a different client. She didn't even bother coming out to explain this to me, while I was standing by the front door. Extremely unprofessional behavior and a waste of my time. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this to anyone else. Plenty of other places around that will value your business and will treat you with respect you deserve -- don't come here.
