AAA Realty

For the month of May 2016, June 2016, and July 2016 I included $40.00 a month that was in my lease agreement for AAA Realty to provide service to my well system. They never came to do the service on the months listed. For June and July 2016 AAA Realty was aware a new Management company would be taking over because there lack of professional. They lost my house key and should be responsible for changing my locks so I feel safe in my home but they haven't done one single repair I asked. AAA Realty kept collecting my monthly $40.00 water system payment knowing they were not coming to service my well. They should have told e to not include it in with my rent. I went to the office on Beacon Manor on 8/8/16 an asked for my refund an I just received an excuse from Jose one of the owners.
